RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘The Roman Baths’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will from Monday 25th March to Friday 29th March on Heart Wiltshire (the "Radio Station").

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword, announced on air that day, to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.    All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.    Entrants will be selected at random and will be given 20 seconds to answer 3 questions given to them on air. Each question will be a maths question asked in Roman Numerals. The entrant must work out the question and answer in normal numbers, not Roman Numerals. If the contestant gets the answers right they will be the winner. All 3 questions must be answered correctly to win.

6.   If the contestant fails to answer the questions correctly, there will be no winner that day and the prize will not be won. The prize does not roll over to the next day.

7.    The winner will be announced on air.

Eligibility:

8.    Entrants must be age 18 or over.

9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

10.  Each winner will receive £200 in Love2Shop Vouchers and a set of Family One tickets to the Roman Baths (Valid for 1 adult and up to 4 children). The Roman Baths tickets will be provided directly from the Roman Baths and the Love2Shop vouchers will be provided by Global.

11.  The winners' details will be passed onto the Roman Baths in order to send the prize.

12.  The family ticket to the Roman Baths can only be used once and will be valid for one year from the date of winning the prize.

13.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
