Heart's Great Escape Rules

RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘[Heart's Great Escape]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from [Thursday 4th May 2011] to [Friday 27th May 2011] (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is [Heart 100.7].

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:

Heart’s Feel Good Month of May presents: THE GREAT ESCAPE

Every Monday (excluding 30th) between 0700 and 11.59pm throughout May listeners will be invited to text their first part of their postcode. The postcode with the most votes will become the location of Heart’s Great Escape the following Friday morning.

Only one vote per mobile telephone number is permitted and the winning postcode must fall within the Heart West Midlands FM transmission area.

Lines will close at 11.59pm on the Monday. The winning postcode (first half, for example B15) will be announced on Friday morning’s breakfast show.  Every attempt will be made to locate the Heart Angel team within the chosen postcode. However, should a suitable location not be possible due to the relevant health and safety requirements and permissions the nearest location to that postcode will be chosen.

We will only select one post code a week and this post code (or one within a 5 mile radius) cannot be repeated twice within this campaign.

On Friday morning just after 8am the Heart Breakfast team will identify the location of the Heart Angels. Listeners will be then invited to visit the Heart team in the location to win tickets and ice cream. There will be 100 family tickets available during each Friday. Each ticket will admit 4 adults

Once all 100 tickets are distributed, the promotion will come to an end.  Every effort will be taken by Heart’s promotional team to ensure a safe location is chosen, however listeners must take care when attending the location. Any participant seen to be taking any risks/acting illegally will not be entitled to the prize.

We reserve the right to abandon the gameplay at anytime during the contest.
