Heart South Wales: Edwards of Conwy Competition T&Cs

Terms and conditions for the Edwards Of Conwy 'Big Welsh Pay Day' on-air competition across Heart South Wales on Friday 26th February 2021.

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at heart.co.uk) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to The Edwards of Conwy St David’s Day Pay Day on air competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 26th February 2021 on Heart South Wales (the “Radio Station”)
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word CONWY to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
2. An entrant will be picked out at random and phoned back to play for the prize on air. The chosen entrant must answer 10 questions about Wales. Each correct answer will bank the entrant £50 up to a total of £500
3. Entrants will be told on the phone what they have won, and the decision of the producer is final.
4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the competition.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition. 

Prize:

1. The winner will receive an Edwards of Conwy 'Epic Edwards Hamper' - containing 15 packs of Sausages, Dry Cured Bacon and Welsh Beef Burgers. It will be dispatched to the winner's address within 28 days of winning

2. The winner will be sent an SMS text to claim the Cash prize, as determined by the on-air game. The amount they have won will be confirmed by the producer at the time of winning.

3. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
