RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Money Super Market.com Promotion’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 03/02/19 to 07/02/2019 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword to the “Text Message Line”. Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line and keyword will be given out on air.
4.    Each day in the Breakfast show, we’ll encourage listeners to text in if they want to play. From all texts received, we will randomly select an entrant. The entrant will then be brought to air and will hear a list of prizes being read out.
5.    The entrant then has 20 seconds to recall as many of the prizes as possible. The entrant will win every item they correctly recall. Global does not require the entrant to specifically recall the exact wording i.e. if the prize read out is described as an ‘iPad 2019 7th Gen10.2 WIFI 128GB’, the words ‘an iPad’ will be acceptable. In all cases, the Breakfast Executive Producer’s decision is final
6.    The entrant selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

7.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
8.    Entrants must be a UK resident and own a valid UK passport.
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Specific prize terms and conditions
•    £150.00 ASOS e-code will expire after 12months. Customer will not be able to use this code after that date and any unused balance will be lost.

10.    Should any of these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice. Any item which requires winner to choose the size or colour will be strictly subject to availability at the time of purchase
11.    All items will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
Global reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize at its absolute discretion and there is no cash alternative.
