Argos on Heart Network, November – December 2019
RULES
1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Argos’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 13.11.19 and 22.12.19 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk/win. The entrant must fill out an entry by telling us what their Christmas dream is and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:01 on 13.11.19 on and close at 23:59 on 22.12.19.
4.    When the competition has closed, 25 competition entries will be selected at random and one winner will be chosen. The winner will be chosen based on the entry deemed most ‘feel good’ by a panel of Heart judges.

Eligibility:
5.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over
6.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
7.    The prize will be based on the winners entry to the value of £2,000. The prize must be accepted as offered and no alternatives including cash will be offered.
8.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
