Get Your Hands On Green Goodies

Recycling

You've read a magazine, finished up a tin of beans and have just finished peeling the spuds for tonight's tea, now what do you do with it all?

Recycle Devon wants you to get involved in National Recycling Week from Monday 17th to Friday 21st June so you know exactly what you can do with your rubbish. And to give you a nudge in the right direction we've a whole host of prizes up for grabs.

Whether it's glass bottles or batteries they can be recycled, you just need to know where, so all this week we're helping you to keep Devon green.

Kerbside collection or going down to your local recycling bank really can help reduce the amount of waste which we cause everyday. Just a trip a week could lose you a full bin bag a week. And it's not just food waste and packing! You can recycle clothes, shoes and even mobile phones.
