RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Up-Cycle Prizes’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 17th June to Friday 21st June (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Devon.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must Send a text message with the word “Devon” to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The presenter will give out the opening and closing times of the Text Message Line on air.

4.    One text entrant will be picked at random and brought to air to play. By being selected they will win the first ‘fun’ prize. We will then ask a question if answered correctly, entrant will win this prize as well. This will be the same process for the 2nd and final question, which will be for the ‘big’ prize.

5.    1 x Competition will run each day from Monday 17th June to Friday 23rd June. A total of five competitions will run for the ‘duration’. At the end of the competition, there will be a total of five winners.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

8.    Daily Prizes are as listed below:

- Monday (17.06.2013):
Prize 1: Glass jar of local Devon Jam or Chutney
Prize 2: Recycled glass vase and flowers
Prize 3: Glass making at Blown Studio Glass http://www.blownstudioglass.co.uk. Standard Blown Studio Glass terms & conditions apply

- Tuesday (18.06.2013):
Prize 1: Matt Rogers’ old t-shirt
Prize 2: A signed copy of Kirstie Allsopp's Book - Homemade Home
Prize 3: 1 x Sewing Machine, 1 x sewing lesson, plus a make your own shoes at Green Shoes workshop http://www.greenshoes.co.uk/index.php. Standard Green Shoes terms & conditions apply.

- Wednesday (19.06.2013):
Prize 1: Can Opener
Prize 2: Four pack of beans
Prize 3: Adult Mountain Bike

- Thursday (20.06.2013):
Prize 1: The days Newspaper
Prize 2: Pair of cinema tickets to your local cinema to see a film of winner’s choice
Prize 3: Annual Family pass for Crealy Adventure Park. Standard Crealy Adventure Park terms & conditions apply.

- Friday (21.06.2013):
Prize 1: 1 x Pint of milk
Prize 2: 1 x Recycled lunch bag made from recycled bottles
Prize 3: Garden furniture made from recycled plastic

9.    Prizes won will be dispatched to the winners address within 28 days of competition closing.

10.   Winner will need to arrange their own transport to and from venues for applicable prizes.

11.   Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

12.   Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize.
