RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Cumberland Hotel’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Friday 24th May 2019 to Sunday 9th June 2019 on Heart Solent/South Coast (the “Radio Station”).

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk/ and register their details.  Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 24th May 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 9th June 2019.

4.    All entrants must answer a multiple-choice question for the chance to win.

5.    The winner will be chosen at random from all of the entrants that answered the multiple choice question correctly.

6.    The winner will be telephoned by Heart to notify them of their win and then the winner's details will be passed over to the The Cumberland to arrange their prize with them.

Eligibility:

7.    All entrants must be age 18 or over. The guest of the winner is also required to be age 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    One winner will receive a two-night stay for two in a superior Ocean View Double room with breakfast at the Cumberland Hotel and a spa treatment.

10.  The accommodation must be booked and taken by the 22/12/2019 and all school holidays are excluded.

11.  The spa treatments can be chosen from the hotel's available treatments. 1 treatment per person. This will be booked and scheduled in during the stay.

12.  Travel and other food and drink are not included.

13.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
