Heart’s Summer Destinations
Heart Solent
April 2014 - RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Heart’s Summer Destinations’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 21^st to Friday 25^th April 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Solent.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.   To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the keyword “LOST” and any other required information the presenters ask for to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.    All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

5.    Each day the Heart presenters will play a pre-recorded piece of audio of Zoe Hanson, Heart Solent Breakfast presenter, describing somewhere in the UK that is clearly not the holiday destination for this day. The competition round will then end with the question – So we were suppose to be in..? (that day’s destination will be mentioned) but where have we ended up? Listeners will then be encouraged to text in the UK place which has been described.

6.    A winner will be chosen at random from all the correct text entries. They will be notified if they have won by receiving a phone call from the Heart Breakfast team, which will be played out on the Heart Solent Breakfast Show.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be 16 years or older to enter.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    1 x iPad mini per day; Monday – Friday, so 5 winners in total.

10.  The prizes will be posted out as special delivery to the winners via Royal Mail.
