Terms and conditions for the Madagascar The Musical competition on Heart South Coast, Monday 4th to Friday 8th March 2019.

ULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at heart.co.uk) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Madagascar The Musical at the Kings Theatre radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 4th to Friday 8th March 2019 on Heart South Coast (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word KINGS and their name to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
2. An entrant will be picked out at random and phoned back. In order to win the prize, they will need to repeat a 'tongue twister' phrase given to them by the presenters. They need to say it 3 times in 15 seconds, without making any mistakes.
3. Entrants will be told on the phone whether or not they have won, and the decision of the producer is final.
4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be 18 or over.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition

Prize:

1. A family ticket (2x adults, 2x children) to see Madagascar The Musical at the Kings Theatre in Southsea. Winner will be able to select the performance, subject to availability, between 5th & 9th June 2019.
2. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
