RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the 'Hendy Car and Van Store' competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 20th May 2019 to Sunday 2nd June 2019 on Heart Solent/ South Coast (the "Radio Station").
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the competition page at www.heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a multiple-choice question correctly for the chance to win.
4. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Monday 20th May 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 2nd June 2019.
5. One winner will be picked at random from all correct and eligible entries received and will be contacted by Heart. The winner will be contacted within 5 working days of the competition closing date by a Global representative to inform them of their win.

6. Entrants must be aged 25 years or over and must hold a full clean UK driving licence.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive:
• A Ford Mustang car for use over a weekend (either Friday to Monday or Saturday to Monday)
• An overnight stay on a Friday or Saturday with breakfast for two people at Urban Beach - staying in a twin room or a double room depending on requirements by the winner. Hotel room is subject to availability. The hotel details are here: https://www.urbanbeach.co.uk and the address is Urban Beach Hotel Ltd. 23 Argyll Road, Bournemouth, BH5 1EB.

9. The winner must collect and return the Ford Mustang from the Hendy Car Store based in Dorset, BH24 2SD. The driver of the vehicle must be aged 25 or over and have a full, clean UK driving licence. While the car is on loan to the winner over the weekend, no more than 500 miles should be added to the vehicle. If 500 miles is exceeded, an excess mileage charge of 25p per mile will be chargeable.
10. The driver will be covered by Hendy Group insurance with an excess of £500. The driver must be over 25 years of age and hold a full, clean, UK driving licence. The driver must not have been involved in more than one accident in the prior three years and must not have been prosecuted or prosecutions pending for any criminal offence except for RTA offences of parking or speeding on one occasion if there are no convictions.
11. The car will be given to the winner with a minimum of a half tank of fuel. The winner will also be give £50 to cover extra fuel costs. Anything above the given fuel and this cash amount will be payable by the winner.
12. The vehicle condition will be checked at both collection and return and the customer will need to sign to accept the vehicle.
13. The overnight stay must be taken on a Friday or Saturday and includes breakfast. The stay is for two people at Urban Beach and excludes stays in the months of July & August (subject to availability). The stay must be booked and taken by the 31st December 2019.
14. The meal for two at Urban Gardens at Urban Beach will be in the form of a two-course dinner for two from the main menu with a bottle of house wine. The meal must be redeemed the same night as the stay (Friday or Saturday).
15. All aspects (car loan, hotel stay, and the meal) must be taken over the same weekend. All aspects are subject to availability.
16. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
