Terms and Conditions for the Heart South Drive Victorious competition

Victorious Festival on Heart South Region, June 2019

PLEASE NOTE: The Heart South region includes Heart Sussex & Surrey, Heart Kent, Heart South Coast and Heart Thames Valley

RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/  (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Victorious Festival’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run 24^th – 28^th June 2019 on Heart South Region (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. 

Details of the Competition:

1. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message to the text number [‘Text Message Line’] given out on air [the ‘text number’] by the presenter.
2.  Text messages will be charged at standard network rates.  The closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
3. Each day, listeners will be instructed to text in to answer a question relating to Victorious Festival. An entrant will be picked at random from all correct entries and name checked on air as the winner.
4. The winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the date the prize was won.

Eligibility:

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 
2. Any under 15’s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
3. Multiple entry is not permitted.

Prize:

1. 5 x winners of one pair (2 tickets) of Weekend Camping tickets with ‘Premium Upgrade’ to Victorious Festival on Southsea, Portsmouth, 23^rd to 25^th August.

Premium Upgrade includes:

A dedicated site entrance for Premium Upgrade ticket holders only.

Access to an undercover viewing platform for The Common Stage

Access to the Premium Enclosure situated adjacent to the Common Stage. The enclosure includes exclusive bar, toilets, and food traders*

(*Please note food and drink is not included in the ticket)

1. 1 x complimentary car parking pass is included.
2. Winners must supply their own camping equipment.
3. No cash or alternative prize.
4. Entrants must provide valid contact details. 

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
