Heart South Coast: David Lloyd Ringwood Competition T&Cs

Terms and conditions for the David Lloyd Ringwood competition on Heart South Coast, 7th-9th January 2019

1.     The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the David Lloyd Ringwood radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 7th to Wednesday 9th January 2019 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart South Coast (Hampshire & Dorset)

2.     Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3.     All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

Details of the Competition:

4.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0345 481 11 11 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

5.    An entrant will be selected at random, and will have to answer up to 10 general knowledge questions. Their first answer will be taken. In order to win, an entrant must answer the 10th question correctly. If they get any question incorrect they will lose the chance to answer any further questions. The phone lines will be cleared and re-opened and a new contestant selected at random. That new contestant must then takes over answering questions.

6. The entrant will be told on air if they have won. This is at the ultimate discretion of the producer, who's decision is final.

Eligibility:

7.     You must be 18 or over to enter

8.     Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.     Each day the winner will receive a 12 month standard membership to David Lloyd Ringwood. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available. They will need to agree to the T&Cs of the club in order to redeem the prize.

10.   Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
