Nicole Scherzinger sets record straight after frosty exchange with Tess Daley on Strictly

Strictly Come Dancing fans noticed a tense exchange between presenter Tess Daly and former Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger.
Nicole Scherzinger has spoken out after she was spotted muttering something 'tense' to host Tess Daly during Strictly Come Dancing at the weekend.
The former Pussycat Doll, who was there to support bandmate Ashely Roberts, has taken to Twitter to set the record straight after a lip reading professional revealed to The Sun that Nicole had told Tess to 'not sit so close to me' and also muttered 'your hair is touching me'.

In a sassy Tweet, Nicole revealed the actual exchange that happened between the pair, and wrote: "Tess: “Nice Dress!” Me: “Thanks!” *Looks Down* “Wow, together we look like Christmas” *Looks up and realizes we’re live..*

Her post was met with a whole heap of positivity from her fans, with one writing: "I don’t believe in that rumour. You the kindest, sweetest person I've ever met in my life. Happy Sunday my angel. Love you!", whilst another added: "Well said Nicole!! And we were so happy to see you supporting Ashley!! You're so right, she was phenomenal!"
A third commented: "Never doubted you for a second! You’re a humble lady who doesn’t think she’s above everyone else."
It was Seann Walsh's turn to be booted from the show this weekend, after he and Katya Jones failed to impress viewers with their dance to Michael Jackson's Thriller.
