I'm A Celeb's Nick Knowles will be in 'constant pain' after giving pillow to Anne Hegerty

The DIY SOS presenter's kind gesture to The Chase star Ann will have consequences for him.

Nick Knowles will apparently be "in constant pain" after he gave his luxury item - a pillow - to fellow camp mate Ann Hegerty.

An insider close to the DIY SOS star told The Sun: "Nick handing his pillow over to Anne was actually even more generous than people at home know.

"He needs a good pillow because he has an old shoulder injury from a long time ago that still causes him pain. He gets a really stiff neck and will have been in constant pain sleeping in the jungle.

"But that's so like Nick, he always puts other people first and would have wanted Anne to be happy."

The 56-year-old presenter made the kind gesture after Ann revealed to him that she was in 'physical discomfort' since entering the jungle.

He was one of four contestants to receive his luxury item during Tuesday's show after James, Fleur, Rita and Ann won them back during a task.

Fans immediately took to Twitter to praise Nick even without knowing the full extent of the kind gesture.

What a gent!
