Holly is temporarily co-hosting the popular reality show while Ant McPartlin takes a break from TV commitments.
Bookmakers have slashed odds on Holly Willoughby quitting her role of co-host on I'm A Celebrity, or being replaced by Scarlett Moffatt.
It comes after This Morning presenter Holly made her debut in the Australian jungle and left fans divided as she temporarily takes over from Ant McPartlin.
Paddy Power have slashed odds of Holly's departure from 25/1 to 16/1 with Extra Camp host Scarlett Moffatt's odds to step into the role at 20/1.
Holly's stint has proved entertaining for many with the 37-year-old providing unintentionally hilarious as she shrieked in fear at a leaf.
As Emily Atack took on her first Bushtucker Trial, Holly jumped out of the way of a leaf after mistaking it for a creepy critter.
An ITV spokesman told Digital Spy that reports of Holly being replaced were "absolute rubbish."
They confirmed: "We are very happy with Holly presenting alongside Dec."
Holly, 37, had previously claimed she's only "looking after" the role until Ant McPartlin decides he's ready to return Down Under.
She told The Sun: "I'm just looking after it until he gets back. It's lovely that he trusted me with it."
