RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Moxy Hotel’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Wednesday 16th January 2019 to Sunday 3rd February 2019 on Heart Scotland (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Wednesday 16th January 2019 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 3rd February 2019.
4. Entrants must answer the multiple choice questions and fill out the required details for the chance to win.
5. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries and contacted by Heart.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be age 18 or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. The prize is a three-night stay for two at the Moxy Hotel Edinburgh Airport with breakfast, dinner and drinks.
9. The winner can choose between a twin or double room.
10. The booking is to be made and used within 6 months of the date of winning.
11. All dates are subject to availability and exclude 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th June 2019.
12. A full continental breakfast will be provided each morning of the stay.
13. Dinner will be provided on the first night only and will be for two people from the bar menu, along with drinks, up to the value of £100. Anything above this £100 price point will be required to be paid for by the winner.
14. Details on how to redeem the prize will be discussed with the winner.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
