On Air RULES

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Glam Candy’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from Monday 27th January 2020 to Friday 31st January 2020 on Heart Scotland (the "Radio Station").

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must text the word ‘GLAM’ to 82122 (the “Text Line”). Texts will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Line will be given out on air.

4. All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation will be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over or cannot continue the call for any reason the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5. One entrant per day of play (27th to 31st January 2020) will be selected at random via all text messages and called back to play ‘Celebrity CV’.

6. The Celebrity CV Mechanic: The Heart Presenters will describe a celebrity based on their skills and experience and the entrant chosen will have to guess who they think the celebrity is to win the prize. If the chosen entrant gets the celebrity correct they will win. If the chosen entrant does not get the correct answer the call will be terminated and another entrant will be selected at random and taken to air to play the game. This process will continue until a winner is found.

7. The winner will be announced on air. There will be 5 winners in total, one per day from 27th to 31st January 2020.

Eligibility:

8. Entrants must be 18 years or over.

9. Entrants must live in the following Scottish postcodes: G, EH, FK, KA, PA, KY or ML.

10. Entry is restricted to one entry per person per day; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

11. One winner per day, 5 in total, will each receive £250 cash and a makeup starter kit worth £500.

12. The £250 cash will be in the form of a cheque and will be sent to the winners address within 28 days of winning the competition.
