RULES
The following rules (“Rules”) together with Heart Radio’s general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at (http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to the Zip World radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 0600 on Tuesday, 23rd April until 1000 on Friday, 26th April 2019 (“the Duration”) and the Zip World online competition ("the Competition") which will run from 0001 on Monday, 15th April until 2359 on Friday, 26th April 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart North and Mid Wales.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
To enter the on-air Competition an Entrant must listen to the Breakfast Show on Heart from Tuesday, 23rd April to Friday, 26th April and once they hear the presenter open the lines, call the studio to enter the competition. One entrant will be picked at random from the pool of entrants each day and brought to air. For being chosen to play they will receive a Family Adventure Package at Zip World. They will be asked up to five questions in 30 seconds, for each question that they answer correctly they will win £50.
All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random
To enter the online Competition, entrants must go online to heart.co.uk/northwales, answer a question and register their details to be in with a chance of winning the prize
Online entry will open at 0001 on Monday, 15th April and close at 2359 on Friday, 26th April 2019.
One winner from the online entrants will be chosen at random and will be contacted by Heart on Monday, 29th April 2019.
Eligibility:
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
Entrants must be aged 18 and over.
Prize:
For the Breakfast Promotion there is a prize per day to be won of a Family Adventure Package to Zip World and up to £250.
The prize for the online competition is a Family Adventure Package to Zip World.
The Family Adventure Packages to Zip World are valid until 31st July 2019 and are valid for Coaster, Nets and Tree Hoppers Attractions.
The cash prize will be provided in the form of a cheque made out in winner’s name.
Prizes are subject to availability.
The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative is available.
