RULES
- The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk/northwales apply to the Kinmel radio competition ("the Competition") which will run during the Breakfast Show between 6am and 10am on Friday, 15th February 2019 (“the Duration”). The "Radio Station" is Heart North Wales.
- Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition: - Entrants must listen to Heart Breakfast on Heart North & Mid Wales on Friday, 15th February 2019 to participate. Presenters will ask a question and instruct when lines are open. One caller will be picked at random and brought on air to answer the question.
- All Entrants selected to play on air will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the caller fails to answer a return call from Communicorp UK, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
Eligibility: - Entrants must be over 18.
- Entrants must live within the transmission area of Heart North and Mid Wales.
Prize: - The prize is a one-night stay at the Kinmel for 2 people, which includes overnight stay, Full English Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Dinner and use of the Spa.
- The winner will receive a 3-course dinner to the value of £35 per person.
- The Afternoon Tea prize includes a glass of Prosecco per person.
- The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between 17th February and 30th April 2019, excluding Sunday, 31st March and Friday, 19th to Monday, 22nd April.
