RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to the ‘Snitch to get Hitched – The Vote’ online competition (the “Competition") which will run from 06:00 Monday 18th February 2019 – 23:59 Thursday 21st. February 2019 on Heart North East.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    Entrants must locate the competition page on www.heart.co.uk to enter the competition. 

4.    Entry will be open at 06:00 on Monday 18th February 2019 and close on 21st February 2018 at 23:59.

5.    Entrants must select their favourite couple by writing in one of the four couples’ names. 

6.    Once they have voted, Entrants must complete the registration form with their contact details. Each entrant can only vote ONCE. Duplicate entries will be removed.

7.    When voting has closed, one winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received.

8.    The winning Entrant will be contacted via telephone on Friday 22nd February 2019.

9.    Three attempts will be made, if contact can not be made Global reserve the right to choose another entrant and repeat the process.

Eligibility:

10.  Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.

11.  Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

12.  One winner will receive a meal for four at Shotton Grange on 31st March 2019.

13.  The winning Entrant will receive a 3-course meal for four people to be taken on Mother’s Day; Sunday 31st March 2019. Table reservation times are subject to availability and must be pre-booked.

14.  The meal is to the value of £25 per person from the Sunday lunch menu. The prize excludes drinks. Any additional extras must be paid for in full by the winner.

15.  Venue door policy applies, Shotton Grange reserve the right to allow access, serve or remove anyone they deem too intoxicated, violent or otherwise unfit to be within the venue.

16.  The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.

17.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
