RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at and https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to the 'Crowne Plaza Newcastle, Stephenson Quarter' competition ("the Competition") which will run on Heart North East (the "Radio Station") from Monday 8th April 2019 to Sunday 21st April 2019 23:59 (the Duration”). 

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the competition an entrant must go to www.heart.co.uk, answer a question and register their details.

4.    Online entry opens at 00:00 on Monday 8th April 2019 and closes at 23:59 on Sunday 21st April 2019.

5.    One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries to the competition and contacted via phone on Tuesday 23rd April 2019. 

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must 18 years of age or over.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8.    One winner will receive an overnight stay for two at the Crowne Plaza Newcastle, Stephenson Quarter with Sunday Lunch in Hawthorns Brasserie.

9.    The room for the stay will be a standard double room with Breakfast included, any additional charges/ upgrades on the room should be paid for in full by the winner.

10.  The Sunday lunch will be three-courses in the Hawthorns Brasserie, to the value of £19.95 per person on the set menu. Drinks are not included and would need to be paid for in full by the winner. Vegetarian options are available.

11.  Travel to and from the hotel is not included.

12.  Parking is charged dependant on the length of stay. 

13.  Pre-booking is essential and dates are subject to availability.

14.  The prize must be taken on a Saturday evening into a Sunday.

15.  The prize must be redeemed within 6 months of the winner being notified of the win.

16.  Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
