Nominate a Child for Heart's Jumpers For Joy

Every year kids across the North East avoid school on Christmas Jumper Day because they don’t have a Christmas Jumper.
We don’t think any child should feel excluded on Friday 11th December simply because they can’t afford a jumper.
So, we have teamed up with Geordie Gifts to change this. They've designed some one of a kind Christmas jumpers that we'll send out to those that really need them.
If buying a a jumper is just too much of a stretch right now, or if you know someone who is struggling and a brand new Christmas jumper would genuinely help them out, then please fill in the form below.

Entries must be received before 7pm on Thursday 3rd December 2020.

Hearts Jumpers For Joy Competition on Heart North East
RULES
1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Hearts Jumpers For Joy’ ("the Competition") which will run between Friday 20th November – Thursday 3rd December 2020. The "Radio Station" is Heart North East
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to https://www.heart.co.uk/. Online entry will open at 16.00 on Friday 20th November 2020 and close at 19.00 on Thursday 3rd December 2020.
4. Entrants must register their details and tell us why they deserve a Christmas jumper for themselves, or someone they know.
5. If any submitted entry is deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, it will be excluded from the Competition.
6. A Heart producer will choose a total of 10 of the entries. Winners will be picked on a rolling entry basis whilst the competition is still open. The final winner will be picked after entries close at 7pm on Thursday 3rd December 2020.
7. Entries will be judged on how compelling the entrants story is, the feel good elements of their story and how appropriate it is for Heart’s family audience.
8. Entrants must participate in an on-air call with Heart at a time agreed with the producer.
Eligibility:
9. Entrants must be 16 years old or over.
10. Entrants can only enter once; duplicate entries will be removed prior to selecting entrant to play.
11. Entrants must live in the Heart North East TSA (NE, SR, DH, DL or TS postal areas).
Prize:
12. There will be a total of 10 prizes to be won
13. The prize is 1 x White Christmas Jumper with the words ‘Have a Mint Christmas’ on it. The size is Adult XS. The size and colour are as described and no alternatives will be offered. The prize will be posted to the winner via registered post and we accept no liability for it arriving late.
14. The Prize is not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize, including cash.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion
