A man has died in hospital after being involved in a fight with a woman in Northampton.
The 53-year-old man and the woman were seen in East Park Parade, Northampton yesterday/Tuesday evening at five to six. It is thought the man may have been trying to stop her walking into the road.
Police were called and when they arrived they arrested the 47-year-old woman, who was acting in an aggressive manner.
As they were arresting the woman, the man collapsed.

After conducting first aid, he was taken to Northampton General Hospital for treatment but sadly died. The woman was also taken to Northampton General Hospital, however, she was later taken into custody at the Criminal Justice Centre."
