Cyclist Dies In Northampton Crash

A cyclist from Moulton has died after an accident on Moulton Way in Northampton this morning.

At around 6.25am, a people carrier collided with the 52 year old man, close to the fire station. He was taken to Northampton General Hospital but later died from his injuries. Formal identification has not yet taken place.

The 39 year old driver has been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
