RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Win an overnight stay and spa treatment at Barnham Broom Hotel’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 10:30am to 3pm on Sunday 30th September 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Norfolk.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to Barnham Broom Hotel's Wedding Fayre on Sunday 30th September and fill out an  entry form with the Heart Angels.

4.    Entrants must guess the number of Hearts within the jar for their chance to win.

5.    The entrant with the correct answer will be deemed the winner. Should there be multiple correct answers, Heart will conduct a random draw. Should there be no entrants with the correct answer, the entrant who guesses the closest to the correct answer will be deemed the winner. Should there be multiple entrants with the same amount closest to the answer, Heart will conduct a random draw. The winner will be contacted by Heart by phone.

Eligibility:

6.    Entrants must be 18 or over to enter.

7.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed

Prize:

8.    The winner will win a relaxing overnight stay & spa package at Barnham Broom Hotel including:

•     Overnight stay for 2 people at Barnham Broom Hotel (based on 2 people sharing a room)
•     3 course dinner
•     Full English or Continental breakfast
•     ESPA Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage Spa treatment for each person, and full access to all leisure facilities; gym & swimming pool.

9.    Overnight stay must be booked Monday to Thursday. Excludes weekends.

10.  Heart is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the on air/on-line coverage and adjudication of the prize draw. All other facilities connected with the provision of the prize are the responsibility of Barnham Broom Hotel, Norwich.

11.  Once at the venue the prizewinners fall under the jurisdiction of the venue’s rules and regulations.
