Norwich: Skimming Device Found On Cash Machine

Cashpoint users are being urged to be on their guard after a skimming device was found on a machine in Norwich.
Norfolk Police have told Heart they believe a man placed an item into the machine outside Tesco Express in Plumstead Road at around 4am on Wednesday 4 September 2013. Police were alerted after staff discovered the device.
The man, believed to be Eastern European, was described as white around 5ft 10in tall of stocky build and wearing a black top, bottoms and a black baseball cap.
Officers would like to hear from anyone who believes they may recognise the description of the man. They are also keen to warn other businesses and banks to be wary and to contact the police immdiately should they suspect an ATM has been targeted in such a way.
