Wymondham College Open Days

Set in 83 acres of beautiful Norfolk countryside, Wymondham College is the largest state boarding school in the country, with the campus offering state-of-the-art living facilities.

Education at Wymondham College is free to all students. Parents of boarders pay a boarding fee which compared to boarding schools in the independent sector represents extraordinary value for money. 

Recent exam results placed the College amongst the top non-selective schools in the country with this years’ combined AS and A level results being the best ever in the College’s history. No fewer than 36 GCSE students achieved 10 or more top A or A* grades with 9 students achieving at least 14 top grades. 

When our students join the College they are embarking on a journey of discovery which we hope will enable them to become happy, successful and useful citizens, to aim for excellence in all they do and to find fulfilment in life.

The best way to understand Wymondham College is to come and see for yourself. Meeting some of our staff and students and will help you to gain a sense of the unique experience that is on offer here.  

The Sixth Form is open to potential students and parents on Wednesday 9th October, 5-7pm.

The Main School Open Morning is Saturday 12th October, 9-11am.
