Top Gear In Milton Keynes

Top Gear have been in Central Milton Keynes, filming a sequence for the TV show's current series.

The V6 Grafton Gate and sections of Midsummer and Avebury Boulevards were closed off on Sunday 28 July 2013 so the filming could take place.

Hundreds of people turned up to see three F1 cars being put through their paces round the Midsummer and Avebury Roundabouts.  The noise of the cars could be heard from miles away.

Before the day of filming, Heart was told presenters Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May would not be present at the filming. We were also told that The Stig wouldn't be present.

The sequence filmed is due to be aired in the final episode of the current Top Gear series, on Sunday 4 August.
