Milton Keynes Motorcyclist Dies

A man from Milton Keynes has died after his motorcycle crashed in Buckingham.

Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses following the fatal collision in Foscote in Buckingham yesterday.

At about 12.49pm, a silver Honda CBR 500 motorcycle and a white Ford Transit van were in collision on A422 Stratford Road. The motorcyclist, a 19-year-old man from Milton Keynes, died at the scene. His next of kin have been informed.

The van driver, a 32-year-old man from Northampton, was taken to Milton Keynes General Hospital with a broken foot

The road was closed for a number of hours whilst investigations were carried out at the scene. It reopened just after 4pm.

Officers would like to speak to anyone who saw the collision or who has any information on the incident.
