RULES
1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/ apply to Virgin Active radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from 6th January 2014 to Friday 10th January 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London.
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:
3.     To enter the Competition an Entrant must call the telephone number given out on air (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
4.     Entrants must give the correct answer to the daily question.
5.     One eligible winner will be picked at random each day and brought to air to receive the prize.
6.     All entrants will be required to talk to the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

Eligibility:
7.    Entrants must be 18 years of age or older
8.     Virgin Active members of staff and agencies are excluded from entering this competition.

Prize:
9. On Air each winner will receive 2 x 1 Year’s Virgin Active memberships
10.    This excludes the following Virgin Active Classic Collection Clubs –
