RULES

1. The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to ‘Cosmos Holidays Breakfast Promotion’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 23rd to Friday 27th January 2012 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart London.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0845 605 1062 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4. We will invite listeners to call in and then randomly select 2 listeners to play each morning.

5. We will have 5 coloured envelopes and each day Jamie and Harriet will select a different coloured envelope which will determine which holiday is being played for..

6. Jamie and Harriet will then also reveal the specialist subject for the day.

7. They will then explain that the questions are plain black and white – you either have to answer true or false.

8. We will then ask contestant number one how many questions they think they can get right in 30 seconds to win the holiday.

9. Once they have said how many they think they will get right we will ask their opponent if they think they can beat this number.

10. They can either decide to try and beat this number – if they think they can then they will play OR they can let the other person play….whoever plays MUST answer the number of questions correctly that they specified…if they do they win…if they don’t the other contestant wins.

11. The winner will be announced on air and will be notified via letter within 28 days of the competition close date.

12. All entrants must be 18 or over and hold a valid passport.

13. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

14. Each day a winner will receive one of the following prizes – depending on which prize is in the envelope opened.

Holiday 1: Holiday for 2 to Lanzarote

A holiday for two people to Lanzarote, including two return flights from London Gatwick to Lanzarote and seven night’s accommodation at the delightful four diamond rated Sands Beach Resort in Costa Teguise, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room. Transfers and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

Holiday 2: Holiday for 2 to Majorca 

A holiday for two people to Majorca, including two return flights from London Gatwick to Majorca and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Barceló Cala Viñas, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room. Transfers and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

Holiday 3: Holiday for 2 to Cyprus

A holiday for two people to Cyprus, including two return flights from London Gatwick airport to Paphos in Cyprus and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Cyprotel Laura Beach Hotel, on an all inclusive basis for two people sharing room.  Transfers and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

Holiday 4: Holiday for 2 to Rhodes

A holiday for two people to Rhodes, including two return flights from London Gatwick airport to Rhodes and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Hotel Atlantica Princess, on a half board basis for two people sharing room.  Transfers and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

Holiday 5: Florida Holiday

A holiday for two people to Florida, including two return flights from London Gatwick to Sanford Orland International airport and seven nights accommodation at the four diamond rated Bahama Bay Resort in Kissimmee, on a self catering basis for two people sharing room.  Transfers and travel insurance are not included in the prize.

Holiday Terms & Conditions

Holiday 1: Lanzarote Holiday Terms & Conditions

15. The prize is valid for travel before 31st December 2012, excluding July and August, subject to availability.

16. The winner must be aged 18 years or over.

17. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period.  The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as school & Bank Holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.

18. The prize includes two return flights to Lanzarote from London Gatwick airport, and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Sands Beach Resort, on a half board basis for two people sharing a room.

19. Airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage, up to 20kgs per person, are included in the prize.

20. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment).

21. Spending money, transfers to and from airports (in the UK and in resort) and hotel charges beyond the accommodation (such as meals and drinks other than those included in the half board offering) are the responsibility of the winners.

22. Travel insurance is not included in the prize.

23. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner

25. No cash alternative is available.

39. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period.  The prize cannot be taken during peak periods, such as school & bank holidays, Christmas, New Year or Easter.

40. The prize includes two return flights from London Gatwick to Paphos airport in Cyprus and seven night’s accommodation at the four diamond rated Cyprotel Laura Beach Hotel, on an all inclusive basis for two people sharing a room.
