New Clean Air Rules

Boris Johnson has annnounced that Phase 5 of London's Low Emission Zone due to be implemented by 2015,  will now only apply to buses.

It had originally been intended for HGVs and coaches as well.

Clean Air campaigners have called it another 'backward step' for London's air quality.
