A husband has pleaded guitly to murder at the Old Bailey.
A man from West London has appeared in court charged with killing his wife.
Mother-of-two Tahira Ahmed was found beheaded at the family home in Northolt in May in 2014.
A post-mortem examination also found that both her arms had been broken and she'd suffered stab wounds.
Her husband, Naveed Ahmed, originally denied killing her but changed his plea at a hearing at the Old Bailey.
The judge, Christopher Moss QC, warned the 41-year-old he would face a life sentence for the murder.
Ahmed who was remanded in custody will be sentenced on 28th January.
