A lorry driver has been arrested after a cyclist was killed in a crash in north London.
Emergency services were called to Amhurst Park, near the junction with Seven Sisters Road st 8am yesterday (Tuesday 20 January) where they found a 29-year-old female cyclist who had collided with a lorry.
She died at the scene a short while later.
Next of kin have been informed but officers await formal identification.
The driver of the lorry was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. He has been bailed to return, pending further enquiries.
A post-mortem examination will be held on Wednesday, 21 January.
Detectives from the Roads and Transport Policing Command are investigating.
