RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions-competition/) apply to ‘Cross if off your list' promotion which will run from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th December (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Kent.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:



3.    An entrant must go to Westwood Cross Shopping Centre, Broadstairs. There is no set time for shoppers to be at Westwood Cross as the Heart Angels will surprise two random shoppers each day in either Primark, M&S, Next, Debenhams or HMV.

4.    Heart will predetermine a chosen till and a specific time for each give away for two shoppers per day, for five days (Monday 2nd, Tuesday 3rd, Wednesday 4th, Thursday 5th, Friday 6th December) who will win £100 each.

5.    At the predetermined till at the specific time, Heart Angels will award the shopper at the till at that time.

6.    Heart Angels will provide £100 of vouchers for the relevant store to the winning shopper. The winning shopper does not need to spend their vouchers at that time – they can come back another day and spend the vouchers, in that specific store, at their own leisure…they could even choose to give them away as a present…it is up to the winners what they do with the vouchers. (this is with the outstanding value of what’s left on the vouchers once the Angels have paid for their shopping).

7.    Each winner will take their shopping/vouchers away with them that day.


Eligibility:



8.    All chosen shoppers need to be 18 years of age or older. If the shopper at the till at the time is under 18 years of age, the prize will go to the next person in the queue (18 years or older).



Prize:


9.    The prize is shopping voucher to the value of £100 given to them by the Heart Angels Monday 2nd through to Friday 6th December (5 prizes in total).

10.  The winning shoppers will take their outstanding vouchers, after their shopping has been paid for, with them that same day.
