Extremely Hot Weather In Kent
25 July 2019, 11:24
Doesn't feel like it could get much hotter in Kent but today it just might.
Faversham set the UK record back in August 2003 of 38.5C but later, forecasters say it's likely the South East could hit 39.
Network Rail says we probably shouldn't take the train today.
But if we do Southeastern services could be forced to slow down to 20 miles per hour to stop the tracks buckling.
We already know some Bromley South and Tunbridge Wells services will be cancelled this lunchtime.
