Heart is a network of 33 stations across the country. Setting your location on the Heart website means that you can listen to the Heart station nearest to where you live or work and get events, news and show info for your local area.

You can set your location in one of two ways; either enter your postcode in the box below to see recommended stations for your area or pick from a full list of stations.

If you live outside one of our FM transmission areas, you can still get access to great music variety by listening online, via Digitial TV or on Digital Radio. Take a look at our How to Listen section for more ways to listen to Heart.
