Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum Rodin’s ‘The Kiss’ Competition

February 2014 - RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to ‘Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum Rodin’s The Kiss’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run on Friday 21st February 2014 (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Gloucestershire.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “KISS” to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.

4.    All entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant selected at random.

5.    One listener will be selected at random from all text entries and called back. They will be played a clip of a famous kiss from a film and asked to identify the film. If they answer correctly they will win all the prizes. If they answer incorrectly Heart Breakfast will select another caller until a winner is found.

6.    The winner will be informed if they are successful on air.

Eligibility:

7.    Entrants must be aged 18 or over.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Prize:

9.    One winner will receive:

• VIP tour of the exhibition at Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum.

• Family lunch for up to two adults and two children at the café at the museum.

• £50 voucher for London Camera Exchange.
