Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum Dinosaur Exhibition Competition,

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum Dinosaur Exhibition Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 23rd May 2014 on Heart Gloucestershire.

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3.    An entrant must call 01452 33 1024 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

4.    All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.

5.    The listener must guess whether the dinosaur names given out on air are real or fake. They must get two names out of three correct to win both prizes. If they get one correct they will win a family ticket to the exhibition, if they get two they will also win a family ticket to Drayton Manor.

Eligibility:

7.    You must be 18 or over to enter the competition.

8.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9.    A family ticket to the Dinosaur exhibition (Two adults and two children, or one adult and three children) and a family ticket to Drayton Manor (Two adults and two children).

10.  Dates and times of use of prizes to be agreed with The Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum once the prize has been won.

11.  Global and The Cheltenham Art Gallery & Museum reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
