Terms and Conditions: Freeport Braintree

RULES

1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at [www.heart.co.uk]) apply to ‘[Freeport Braintree Easter Egg Challenge]’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from [Monday 18th April] to [Thursday 21st April 2011] (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is [Heart Essex and Heart Colchester].
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1)    Details of the Competition

1.1    To enter the competition an Entrant must:

Go down to Freeport Village Braintree between Monday 18th and Thursday 21st April 2011 from 11am until 3pm during the Easter break.  The Easter Egg Challenge will take place on site.  The entrant will need to complete the entry form before they can take part.  The entrant will have a maximum of 1 minute to scoop out an egg that is within the container.  Once they have scooped an egg, they will open the egg to discover what they have won.  Inside the egg will be a slip of paper that shows their prize.  This process qualifies as one turn.  Each entrant can only have one turn on ‘The Easter Egg Challenge’ per day.  The Heart Angels will run the Easter Egg Challenge

2.1    Each egg within the Easter Egg Challenge contains a different prize.  The winner will be informed of their prize at the time of playing
2.2    Entrants must be over the age of 6 to take part.     

3.    Each entrant can only enter once per day.  Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult to take part.
4.    Employees of Heart and Freeport Braintree are not allowed to enter the promotion
Prize:
5.    Each egg contains a different prize and this will be shown by a piece of paper within the Egg.  If the entrant has won a Gift Card, they will take the piece of paper to the Tourist Information Centre to receive their prize.   
6.    Global Radio reserves the right to substitute prize, if the prize is vouchers or tickets: include any conditions attaching to them.]
