1.    The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio’s ("Global Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition) apply to “Sun Sea and Sand” radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Monday 29th April to Friday 3rd May 2013. (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart Essex

2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 01245 525252 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.

4.    The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.

5.    From all the phone calls received, one will be chosen at random and brought to air.

6.    If they answer all of the questions correctly they will stay on to play the following day, if they answer a question incorrectly a new caller will be randomly selected the following day.

7.    When a question is answered incorrectly a new entrant is randomly chosen.

8.    The entrant to answer the question on Friday 3rd May correctly wins the holiday.

Eligibility:

9.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, a UK Resident and eligible to travel.

10.   Entrants must hold a valid passport.

Prize Details:

11.   The prize is a 7 night holiday for 2 adults staying at the LA Hotel Kyrenia on a bed and breakfast basis, including return flights from London Stansted, in flight refreshments, resort transfers, 20kg per person luggage allowance and taxes and charges.

12.    Flights are only valid from London Stansted.

13.    Holiday valid on Sunday departures between 31 March and 20 October subject to availability.

14.    It is the winner’s responsibility to check Visa, passport requirements and arrange travel insurance, transport to and from Stansted, and any necessary vaccinations.

15.    The Prize is exclusive to the competition winner only and is not transferable.

16.    No cash alternative.

17.    Winner is responsible for any other costs.

18.    The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a holiday of the same value.
