Southend: Assault Outside Nightclub

A man's lost consciousness after being attacked outside a Southend nightclub.

The 19 year old, from Rayleigh, woke up in Warrior Square car park with a black eye and bruising and no idea how he got there.

He was attacked at around midnight on the morning of Saturday, November 3.

He was taken to Southend Hospital by ambulance and treated for a black eye, severe bruising to his head, a large cut to the head as well as other cuts and bruises.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to the assault, and anyone who can explain how the man ended up in the car park to contact them at the Rayleigh area investigation team on 101
