Hoddesdon: Man Injured In Lorry Accident

A pedestrian has been injured after he was hit by a lorry in Hoddesdon.

Emergency services were called to Essex Road just after 6.30 this morning (Wednesday January 30th).

East of England Ambulance Service spokesman Gary Sanderson said: "The man was treated at the scene by the paramedics before he was taking to Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow for further care."

He was experiencing breathing problems.
