Get your walking boots at the ready as you'll be trekking through Hille and Deurali in the Poon Hill area of central Nepal, all whilst raising vital funds to help keep your life-saving Air Ambulance flying!

You'll enjoy spectacular views of this stunning country ...from the breath taking views of Annapurna and Mount Fishtail, to the small lowland villages.

Challenge highlights include:

• Trek and camp out in Hille 
• Taking in the views of Annapurna and Mount Fishtale
• Climb Poon Hille

Essex & Herts Air Ambulance - we can't fly without you!

The Essex Air Ambulance  carries a highly skilled crew of Doctors, Paramedics and life-saving equipment to a patient within the first few vital minutes of an emergency and has flown over 11,000 missions.

It costs around £250,000 per month to run covering all charitable costs and aircraft operation. They receive no direct government or lottery funding; relying upon the generous people of Essex to keep the aircraft flying!

The Herts Air Ambulance operates 5 days per week and carries a highly skilled crew of Doctors, Paramedics and life-saving equipment to a patient within the first few vital minutes of an emergency.

Maintaining the life-saving helicopter costs around £130,000 per month to cover all charitable costs and aircraft operations. They receive no direct government or lottery funding; relying upon the generosity of local people to keep the aircraft flying!
