Essex Food And Drink Festival
Take one historic venue in the heart of Essex, stir in some celebrity chef demonstrations, add an array of foodie activities and a dollop of Martin and Su and what do you get?
The Essex Festival of Food and Drink of course!
Taking place across the weekend of Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th July at Cressing Temple Barns near Braintree, this year's event includes a stellar line up of celebrity chefs including Tony Singh (one of TV's Incredible Spice Men) well as Great British Bake Off winner Jo Wheatly.
Martin and Su from Heart Breakfast will be taking to the stage on the Sunday for their annual cook off challenge. Essex celebrity chef Mark Baumann will be coaching them in the lead up to the big day.
Other attractions include more than 120 food and drink producers, live music, the Heart Angels and three fabulous cookery theatres packed full of demonstra
tions and master-classes throughout the weekend. For younger chefs, there will be kids cookery classes every hour each day.
And what's more, one ticket price gets you the whole festival experience with no added extras. Even the kids cookery classes are free!
