Get your workplace up and moving this New Year, to help you could win passes for Go Ape in Thetford Forest!

Did you make a New Year resolution to get fit? It's much easier to stay motivated if you are doing it alongside other people, so how about getting everyone at work involved?

The Active Norfolk Workplace Challenge is a FREE online tool to help you all become more active, with every activity logged gaining you and your colleagues points.

And what do points make...that's right prizes, and there's over £6,000 of spot prizes to be won from the likes of Odean Norwich, Pilch, Splash Leisure & Fitness, Alive Leisure, Center Parcs, and Riverside Leisure Centre. So gather your workmates together and challenge yourself or each other to get fit by signing up to the Workplace Challenge!

Whether it's a gym session, a kick about in the park, walking the dog or taking the stairs instead of the lift - it all counts!

Make sure you log all your physical activities onto the Activity Log as it translates into points and you could even win weekly spot prizes for yourself or your workplace.

You can set yourself a personal activity challenge, challenge your colleagues, or compete against over local businesses to see who can gain the most points!

January's 8 Week Challenge runs from Monday 5th January until Sunday 1st March but even if you've missed the start date you can backdate your activity points, so they will still count towards the 8 Week Challenge no matter when you start logging.

Norfolk already has the most people in the country logging their points online with over 315 workplaces involved. Add yours to the list and help Norfolk keep the  lead. And the fun doesn't have to stop after 8 weeks - there are other challenges and themed monthly activities coming up to keep you motivated.
