A couple shot on holiday in Barbados have been named as Ann and Philip Prior from Framlingham.
They were shot as they visited the Caribbean island as part of a cruise - their condition isn't thought to life threatening.
They are being treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Bridgetown and they have told Heart that Ann Prior has now been released.
The Foreign Office say they can't comment on the couple's identity or condition at the moment.
A government spokesman said: "We are aware of an incident involving two British tourists in Bridgetown, Barbados. We are providing consular assistance.''
It is thought Ann was shot in her right thigh and Philip was hit in his left side.
P and O Cruises have told Heart: "Two passengers on Adonia have been hospitalised in Bridgetown, Barbados following an incident on shore. Local authorities are investigating. Our shoreside customer Care team and ship's medical team are providing support as necessary."
"Adonia is on an 85 night world cruise which left Southampton on January 8, 2013 and will arrive back in Southampton on April 3, 2013."
