RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Global Radio's ("Global Radio Ltd") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at heart.co.uk) apply to ‘[Minute To Win It’ radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from Jan 2010 onwards (“the Duration”).  The "Radio Station" is Heart.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

1.   Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must call 0845 481 11 11 (the “Telephone Line”).  Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates.  The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
1.2 The selected contestant will be asked 10 General Knowledge questions in which all need to be answered correctly within the 60 seconds timer.  The contestant must wait to answer until each question has been asked in full. Entrants selected at random each day at approximately 8am (Time will be specified exactly on air) to play.  
1.3 If the winner successfully answers all 10 questions correctly with in the 60 seconds they will be deemed the winner and awarded the prize. The contestant can pass on any question and come back to it at the end. The first answer will be accepted. However, if any of the answers given are not completely accurate according to the presenters, the discretion will be with the presenters to award the prize or not.
1.4 There is no conferring with this contest and must not use aid from any other persons.

2. Eligibility
2.1 This contest is only applicable to contestants over the age of 18 only
2.2 Listeners must NOT have won a competition on Heart over the value of £500 in the last six months to be eligible to play.

3. Prize
3.1 The prize is a 2 night break to London, staying at the fabulous 4-star Cavendish Hotel in Mayfair… plus, we’ll throw in 2 Top Tickets to see the award winning smash hit West End Musical “Wicked!” all courtesy of Superbreak - the UK's leading short break operator.
