Terms and Conditions for Listen to Heart Breakfast win Wales Rally GB prizes

WALES RALLY GB – HEART NORTH WALES, NOV 2014

RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Communicorp UK ("Communicorp UK ") general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) apply to Wales Rally GB radio competition ("the Competition") which will run from the 3rd – 7th November 2014. The "Radio Station" is Heart FM North Wales.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.

Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen to Heart Breakfast all week and once you hear the presenters open the lines call the studio to enter the competition.

One entrant will be picked at random from the pool of entrants each day and brought on air. They must correctly identify the song from the lyrics the presenter is reading out whilst being driven in a fast car. The winner will be contacted again by telephone later that day to discuss their prize.

Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 year or over.

Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.

Entrants must live in the station’s transmission area.

Prize:

Monday to Thursday – A family ticket to either the Chirk Castle or Kinmel Park RallyFest stage plus a Hyundai merchandise pack including jacket, polo shirt, rucksack and golf umbrella.

Friday – Hyundai VIP experience at Wales Rally GB with hospitality area access, 2 night stay at the Chester Abode Hotel,including trips to selected stages.

Heart FM will be responsible for sending the prizes to the winners.
